When we set out in 2008 our principles were to improve customer prices and service. Aimera want to put the customer in the driving seat of the competitive water market.


We set prices that are highly competitive, but we know there may be other providers who offer lower priced options periodically. Our principle is to improve prices, so we offer a price beater option. This allows you to test prices for the duration of the contract and let us know what is on offer. The feedback is invaluable to both of us and builds trust.


The cost of your water is irrelevant if the service we provide is not at the required level. We strive to keep our teams informed and knowledgeable of the ever changing market. Aimera ensures that where we are unable to provide an immediate answer to an enquiry, we seek, source and provide the correct information.

We offer impartial advice at every stage of the transfer process. As a customer you can be assured of the support of experts in all things relating to your use of our water and associated services.
